Tserki: A Delicious Pastry Concept on Paros Island by Stirixis team!
This time we are proud to present you an original pastry shop in Paros, one of the most famous Greek islands. Tserki is a delicious destination for a relaxing break enjoying tasty snacks. Offering both sweet and savory tastes throughout the day and being located very centrally, Tserki is a must for Paros’ residents and tourists.
Strategic goals and key project objectives were defined and taken into consideration for its design. The owners were looking for a distinctive pastry shop, that would combine modern and traditional elements of the Cycladic style. The main objective was to address the needs of a retail space, including both on-the-go consumption, as well as take away delicacies for enjoying with family and friends. Its name “Tserki” is the word for the metal cake ring used for pastry, and was chosen to highlight the products’ freshness, as production is done daily at the store’s kitchen. In terms of design the project was quite challenging in balancing modern and traditional features. The execution time frame was also very short, as the store aimed at opening just before Christmas to take advantage of the winter festive period on the island. The concept has a great outcome so far and the store is already a successful, well-functioning business! Results from the first months are very promising, and its owners are getting ready for the peak period of the spring and summer months. Find more about Tserki here.
